The Cisco AIR-PWRINJ6 (also referenced as AIR-PWRINJ6 =) is a single-port external PoE injector designed to power Cisco Aironet access points—especially the 1810, 2800, and 3800 series—without needing a PoE-capable switch or direct power outlet at the AP location. It provides up to 30 W of power (802.3at) and is backward compatible with 802.3af (15.4 W) devices.
