Condition: New for parts, unused, undamaged, majority of units are still factory sealed. We opened 5 of them and could not get them to power on at all. We suspect it is because they have been never powered on for so long that the batteries died. These units are being sold AS-IS for parts, but again, these are technically BRAND NEW.
